I arrived at the retreat weekend with limited yoga experience and as a complete stranger to the other women joining me. But the nervousness was overcome by a deep trust in the universe, and in Ashley, to provide a comfortable and enriching environment. Spending three days with people I had never met before was an intense, yet incredibly rewarding, experience. The level of vulnerability everyone brought led to numerous breakthroughs and the establishment of new, profoundly nourishing friendships. Ashley was a phenomenal guide, ensuring we all felt comfortable and had everything we needed. And the food was phenomenal. I felt comfortable pushing my boundaries, like trying out the sauna. But I also felt comfortable myself permission to sit out any activities that didn't serve me. I wholeheartedly recommend attending one of Ashley's retreats. If you go, I encourage you to trust the process completely. Arrive with an open mind and heart, ready to immerse yourself fully and let go of what you no longer need.

Upon booking you will receive a welcome email from me connecting us to begin the adventure. Once your flight is booked, I ask you to email me your itinerary, and I will provide an excel that everyone in the retreat can see to connect with each other. Everyone will take a fleet together to the retreat once landed in San Jose Airport. Please email me if you have any other dietary restrictions beyond vegetarianism.

About the Space: This sanctuary is a gem in La Fortuna, outside of the city but close enough to call a taxi and venture out during down time. There is also a local restaurant within walking distance for dancing or exploring some Costa Rican meals as you wish. Behind the house you can hang by the pool, the yoga shala, or explore hiking trails. There is plenty of space to explore within the gated home.
